4th Trimester Project

fighting the silence that puts new moms at risk after birth.

The 4th Trimester Project needed a campaign that could carry urgent maternal health information beyond clinical settings and into everyday life. We partnered with New Mom Health to design an awareness campaign that helps new mothers, families, and care teams recognize postpartum warning signs and respond without hesitation.

Built to balance urgency with compassion, the campaign combines clear messaging and human-centered visuals across digital and print touchpoints. Every element was designed to reduce confusion, build trust, and reinforce a simple truth: when something doesn’t feel right, listening and acting can save a life.

This work reflects our broader experience designing maternal and infant health education and community-facing health campaigns, including tools built to support clearer communication between families and providers.
